How do I return a chair?Updated 2 months ago

As a Noho customer, your comfort and happiness are our top priority. We offer a 100-day return policy on Noho Move and Lightly chairs, allowing you plenty of time to ensure that your purchase is just right. 

We want to encourage you to try Noho chairs in your home. However, the real costs of shipping and returning bulky items such as furniture are significant, and we want to minimise Noho's impact on the planet, so we encourage you to trial 1 or 2 Noho chairs in your own space.  When you’re happy you can re-order as many as you need.

Policy Details

  • Noho will cover the cost of the return shipping for up to two (2) chairs. 
  • We’ll provide you with a printable pre-paid FedEx return shipping label, along with instructions on how to prepare your return.
  • Ideally, the items being returned should be in their original outer carton. If you do not have the original outer carton, you can take the chair(s) to FedEx or another shipping centre and have them professionally boxed. We will not cover the cost of boxing, but you can still use our shipping label.
  • Chairs damaged due to poor packaging will not be accepted.
  • Noho will not accept returns after 100 days from the date your Noho chairs were delivered, as recorded by the shipping carrier.

Returning Your Order

To return your order, simply follow these instructions:

Obtain your shipping label: 

  1. Visit noho.co/returns to start your return process and get your printable shipping label.
  2. Preparing your Noho Chair/s for return: 
    1. Your Noho Move Chair came with a tool that makes disassembling your chair simple and easy. Use the tool to remove the legs. Download disassembly instructions here.
    2. Pack all four legs, along with the chair base, in the original packaging (or replacement box sourced by.
    3. Adhere the return shipping label to the box and drop off at the FedEx location most convenient to you. All returns must be shipped back to us within 100 days from the date the Noho products were delivered (as per the recorded delivery tracking info). 

Refund Process

  1. Once your returned purchase is received, Noho will issue a refund for the original purchase price amount using the same means by which payment was originally made.
  2. Credit card refunds may take as much as one-monthly billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer.

  1. Can you explain how this works?

    1. The items being returned must be in their original outer carton, or be professionally boxed by FedEx or another shipping centre.
    2. If you order 1 or 2 chairs, and return them within the 100-day delivery window, you will receive free shipping labels for your return and a full refund.  A restocking fee will not apply.   
    3. If you wish to return more than 2 chairs, you can email our customer services team at [email protected] who can provide extra labels at your own cost.  The cost for the additional labels will be deducted from your refund total
    4. If you order a combination of the Noho Move + Topper but only return the topper, there would be no restocking fee. You would be refunded the discounted amount paid for the topper as part of a Chair + Topper bundle.
