Return policy details

Noho will cover the cost of the return shipping for up to two (2) items. We will provide you with a printable pre-paid Fedex return shipping label, along with instructions on how to prepare your return. Ideally, the items being returned should be in their original outer carton. If you do not have the original carton, you can take the chair(s) to FedEx or another shipping centre and have them professionally boxed. Chairs damaged due to poor packaging will not be accepted. Noho will not accept returns after 100 days from the date your Noho products were delivered, as recorded by the shipping carrier.

Preparing your Noho Move purchase for return

Please use the original packaging your Noho Move Chair(s) were delivered in to return your items.

  • Your Noho Move Chair came with a tool that makes disassembling your chair simple and easy. Use the tool to remove the legs. Download disassembly instructions here.
  • Pack all four legs, along with the chair base, in the original packaging.
  • Adhere the return shipping label to the box and drop off at the FedEx location most convenient to you. All returns must be shipped back to us within 100 days from the date the Noho products were delivered (as per the recorded delivery tracking info).


Note: If you no longer have the original carton, you can visit your nearest FedEx or another shipping centre and have the chair(s) professionally boxed.


Refund Process

  • Once your returned purchase is received, Noho will issue a refund for the original purchase price amount using the same means by which payment was originally made.
  • Credit card refunds may take as much as one-monthly billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer.

Can you explain how this works?

  • If you order one or two chairs and return them within the 100-day delivery window, you will receive a free shipping label for your return and a full refund.
  • If you order more than two chairs and return them all, you will be supplied with shipping labels for two chairs. You can either procure your own shipping label for the other chairs, or you can reach out to us at [email protected], and we will send you additional labels. The cost of the additional labels will be deducted from your refund.
