Return Policy details

Noho will cover the cost of the return shipping for up to two (2) items. We will provide you with a printable pre-paid return shipping label, along with instructions on how to prepare your return. Ideally, the items being returned should be in their original outer carton. If you do not have the original carton, we will send you another carton for returning the items. In this case, a 15% restocking fee applies, and includes the cost of a replacement carton for you to package and return the item(s). Chairs damaged due to poor packaging will not be accepted. Noho will not accept returns after 100 days from the date your Noho products were delivered, as recorded by the shipping carrier.

Preparing your Lightly chairs for return

Please use the original packaging your Lightly chairs were delivered in to return your items.

  • Lightly chairs are delivered with a cardboard spacer attached to each seat. This spacer is designed to protect the seat surface during delivery. It is important that this cardboard spacer is re-attached to each chair you return.
  • We have included double-sided tape on the reverse side of the cardboard spacer; this is to re-attach it to the seat. To re-attach the cardboard spacer, invert the folded elements so they face the other direction; remove the tape backing; flip the cardboard sticky-side down; line the folded elements up with the rear leg; push the cardboard spacer firmly onto the seat.
  • Repeat for each chair you are returning.
  • Lift the chairs into the outer carton.
  • Fit the angled cardboard brace into the box, fitting one edge against the rear legs and the other to the top-front corner of the outer carton.
  • Close the shipping carton lid and tape to seal.
  • Adhere the return shipping label to the box and let us know when it is ready for pickup. All returns must be shipped back to us within 100 days from the date the Noho products were delivered (as per the recorded delivery tracking info).

Note: If you no longer have the original carton, you will need to contact us—we will send you replacement carton(s) to package your return(s). An additional charge (restocking fee) applies.


Refund Process

  • Once your returned purchase is received, Noho will issue a refund for the original purchase price amount using the same means by which payment was originally made.
  • Credit card refunds may take as much as one-monthly billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer.


Questions

  1. How is the restocking fee calculated? The restocking fee is 15% of the retail price for each item, regardless of whether the item was purchased with a coupon or discount. This represents an average cost for Noho.

  2. Can you explain how this works? 
    • The items being returned must be in their original outer carton.
